- What's free and what do I pay for?
- Trying FloorFigures is free: open a sample plan or start a blank sketch and use every tool and export. Opening your own plan files (PDFs, images and photos) needs lifetime access, a one-time $10.
- Is it really one payment?
- Yes. $10 once unlocks your own plans for good. There's no subscription, no renewal and no fee per plan.
- Why is it so cheap?
- Because it runs entirely in your browser. Your plan is opened, measured and saved on your own device, so there are no servers processing files and nothing to store. Each plan costs us almost nothing, so there's no reason to meter them.
- Is there a limit on plans, pages or exports?
- No. With lifetime access, open as many plans as you like, including multi-page PDF plan sets, and export as many reports and spreadsheets as you need.
- Do I need an account?
- Only to buy. We email you a sign-in code, with no password, and your purchase works in any browser you sign in on. Trying the samples and sketching need no account.
- Are my plans uploaded once I've paid?
- No. Paying unlocks the app; your plans are still opened, measured and saved on your own device. Your account holds only your email address and your purchase.
- Can I use it for paid work?
- Yes. Appraisers, agents, contractors and adjusters use it for client work. The PDF report can carry your own logo and a prepared-by line.
